ALAN C. NOEL, MD
Dr. Alan C. Noel has served Greater Los Angeles residents as an exceptional Obstetrician, Gynecologist, Surgeon and Community Leader for over thirty years. He is well known for his strong qualifications as an OB/GYN; however, it is his professionalism, compassion and commitment to providing the very best care to all of his patients that best describes him.
Dr. Noel received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1971 from Hampton University in mathematics and physics and graduated from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. in 1975. He completed his internship at Howard University Hospital in 1976 and his OB/GYN residency at Martin Luther King, Jr General Hospital in Los Angeles in 1979, having been awarded the honor of Executive Chief Resident in his final year. He is a diplomate of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Noel established his private practice in 1980 and has held other professional positions including Obstetrical Consultant for the American Indian Free Clinic in Compton, CA (1979-1985), Medical Director of Daniel Freeman Maternity Center in Inglewood, CA (1992-1996) and has served on the Board of Directors for the Great Beginnings for Black Babies, Inc. He is committed to serving the needs of the "whole woman," and with his staff, quality and access to care within the community has increased.
Dr. Noel is married to Carlett Sanchez-Noel, a registered nurse, and a loving father of four children - Brittani, Nikolette, Alan Jr. and Kira. He enjoys all sports and loves to travel.
